Order Processing and Dispatch
Orders will be dispatched on regular business days, Monday to Friday, following the confirmation of your payment. When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via e-mail that can be used to track your order on the carrier’s official website.

Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order.

Shipping Confirmation
Your order will be dispatched within the next business days following payment confirmation. As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery Time
Our goal is to deliver your order within 4 business days from the day you receive the shipping confirmation. However, delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as public holidays, customs processing, or weather conditions. In such cases, we will inform you promptly.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. MYBASS is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Refund and Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Refund
Our refund policy is valid for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. If you would like to return a product for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Product must be defective or not as described.

  • Product must be in its original packaging.

  • Product must be unused and in the same condition as received.

  • Product must not show any signs of make-up, stains, or damage.

Please note that all returned items will be inspected to ensure they meet these criteria. If a product fails to meet the above requirements, MYBASS reserves the right to deny the refund.

Exclusions

  • Sale and clearance items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Process for Returns

  • Packaging: Please ensure that items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Items damaged due to inadequate packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

Exchanges
We do offer exchanges. To request an exchange, please contact us at contact@mybassandco.com. Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide further instructions. Please note that the product being exchanged must meet the same criteria outlined for refunds, including being unused, in original packaging, and free from stains or damage.

Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

Damages During Delivery
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receipt, providing photos of the damage and the packaging. We will assess the situation and provide a suitable resolution.
