Your order is prepared with care and shipped from Switzerland or France.
Where we deliver
Switzerland and Liechtenstein, and these European countries: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
Shipping costs
- Switzerland: CHF 8.50, free from CHF 120.
- Rest of Europe: 12 EUR, free from 120 EUR.
The exact cost is always shown at checkout, before you pay.
Duties and taxes
For Switzerland and the European Union, duties and taxes are included in the price. There is nothing more to pay on delivery.
Delivery times
Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 working days, Monday to Friday. Delivery then takes 3 to 5 working days. Times can be longer during holidays or for reasons beyond our control, such as customs or weather.
Tracking
As soon as your order leaves us, you receive an email with your tracking number.
Delivery address
Please check that your address is complete and correct. We cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect address.
Returns and exchanges
You can return a piece within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and sale pieces cannot be returned. Everything is explained in our refund policy.
